Sean L. Ruppert, Esq.

Principal Attorney

Sean Ruppert is the founder and managing attorney of Ruppert Law Firm LLC. He represents the firm's clients in Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Protection from Abuse ("PFA") actions in courtrooms throughout Western Pennsylvania. He uses his personal and professional experience with divorce, custody, and adoption issues to make complicated processes as simple and stress-free as possible.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Sean earned his Bachelor’s in Journalism at West Virginia University. He worked for several years as a newspaper reporter prior to attending law school. He is licensed to practice in all of Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts.

In addition to family law matters, Sean also has a background in business and employment matters, representing companies and individuals in corporate/LLC formations, contract negotiations, and lawsuits. 

Sean lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, two children, and two stepchildren. In his free time, he enjoys watching pro and college sports, the New York Times crossword puzzle, cooking, and listening to “dad rock.”


John Richards, Esq.


John Richards earned his B.A. in Politics and Public Policy from Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

John is a caring and experienced attorney representing individuals in domestic matters throughout Western Pennsylvania. John's extensive experience, as both a private attorney and Child Custody Conference Officer and Juvenile Hearing Officer in two Pennsylvania Counties, allow him to pursue optimal outcomes for his clients. Whether the issue at had involves divorce, child custody, support or any combination of family law issues.


When John is not passionately advocating for his clients, he can be found working on his prized 1972 Dodge Charger Rallye, or cruising to local car shows. John also enjoys sailing and cheering on the Penguins and Steelers as well as taking his beloved dog Reecie on walks and to dog parks.


Josh Allenberg, Esq.


Josh Allenberg is an associate attorney with Ruppert Law Firm LLC. He represents people in divorce and custody cases across Western Pennsylvania.


An area native, Josh served six years as an intelligence analyst at the National Security Agency while serving in the United States Air Force. After his military service, Josh graduated with high honors from Carlow University before earning his law degree from Duquesne.


Josh combines an empathetic approach to clients with zealous advocacy in the courtroom. In addition to his family law experience, Josh has also worked in criminal defense and real estate law. 

When he isn't in the courtroom or helping clients obtain peace of mind, Josh can usually be found at the softball field behind the plate, using his advocacy skills to settle disputes in his Ross Township home with his wife and four cats, or spending time with his daughter.


Natasha Richardson


Natasha Richardson is a paralegal and office manager for Ruppert Law Firm LLC. Natasha holds a bachelor's degree from Point Park University in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as an associate’s degree in Legal Administration. 


Natasha is a very sympathetic and kind hearted individual. Natasha has several years’ experience as a paralegal supporting attorneys and clients through several area of law, mainly as in civil/ family law paralegal, but also with a background in mortgage foreclosure, business and employment matters. Natasha also works part-time as a Notary.


Natasha is a resident of Munhall and when not assisting clients or attorneys, enjoys sewing, reading, cooking/baking and spending time with her family.


Lexus Cersosimo

Law Clark

Lexus Cersosimo attended Duquesne University where she earned a B.S. in Psychology, before making a quick return to obtain her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.


Lexus is passionate about supporting and assisting the members of the Pittsburgh community, which she calls home, through a career in family law. While in law school, Lexus was awarded a Pro Bono Certificate for her service to the community and worked as the Student Manager of Duquesne University’s Family Law Clinic where she oversaw and advised Student Attorneys.


In her spare time, Lexus can be found being an aunt to 11 nieces and nephews, or even creating her own true-crime podcasts where she analyzes the psychology of criminals. She also enjoys exploring various hiking spots and state parks, her favorite range being the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs!
