Sean L. Ruppert, Esq.

Sean Ruppert the founder of Ruppert Law Firm LLC. He represents the firms client's in Divorce, Custody, Child Support, and Protection from Abuse ("PFA") actions in courtrooms throughout Western Pennsylvania. He uses his personal and professional experience with divorce, custody, and adoption issues to make complicated processes as simple and stress-free as possible.

Sean provides his clients with strategic, savvy, and compassionate counsel while also fighting tooth and nail to get them the outcome they deserve.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Sean earned his Bachelor’s in Journalism at West Virginia University. He worked for several years as a newspaper reporter prior to attending law school. He is licensed to practice in all of Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts.

In addition to family law matters, Sean also has a background in business and employment matters, representing companies and individuals in corporate/LLC formations, contract negotiations, and lawsuits. 

Sean lives in Pittsburgh with his fiancée and his two children. In his free time, he enjoys the watching pro and college sports, the New York Times crossword puzzle, cooking, and listening to “dad rock.”


Nelson D. Berardinelli, Esq. 

Nelson Berardinelli is a family law and litigation attorney at Ruppert Law Firm. He utilizes his diverse legal experience to achieve fantastic results for his clients.


Nelson has experience litigating family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support. He also has experience litigating in federal court (including employment discrimination and other claims). He will tell you what the strengths and weaknesses of your case are, while tirelessly advocating for your position at every stage of the legal process.


Nelson is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s at the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a B.S. in Information Science and a B.A. in Administration of Justice. He is licensed to practice in all of Pennsylvania’s state and federal courts.


Nelson lives in Pittsburgh and enjoys watching sports in his spare time, watching movies, and keeping up with current events.
