These practices areas have allowed Richard to litigate in several courts throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Magisterial District Courts, Courts of Common Pleas, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania WCAB, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the US District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania.
Richard lives in Butler County with his wife, their two children, and their pet bulldog. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Porterville-Prosect, the Prosect Area Preservation Society, and the St. Christopher Catholic Church.
